Pixpay runs links into the various partners such as Banks, Processors and Facility Manager it has developed other services in-house such as KYC compliancy, Customer services, money collection services with Alphyra, HSBC/Barclays bank, 3rd party networks, on-line CC/DC API’s and a fully interactive IVR front end supported with a CRM system developed for this market. Pixpay has developed its own full KYC (on-line/manual) services, a 24x7 CSR centre. Through its technology it provides real-time balance and billing to the card holder either through a mobile phone or the web.
